Kertajati Will Become The Second Largest Airport in Indonesia

Jakarta – Construction of Kertajati Airport in Majalengka, West Java continues to be accelerated. Construction of this mega project will be completed in November 2017.

When completed later, this airport will be able to accommodate 5.6 million passengers per year. For passenger service, the airport will implement international airport service standards.

On the air side, the airport will be equipped with two runways alias runway measuring 3.500×60 meters each and 3,000×60 meters.

Meanwhile, in the apron area of ​​228,994 square meters. With the area, Kertajati Airport apron will be able to accommodate 2 Boeing 747 or Boeing 777, 10 Boeing 737-900, 12 Boeing 737-400.
