JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – PT Lintas Marga Sedaya (LMS) received syndicated financing of Rp 8.889 trillion. Syndication financing with a term of 15 years is given by banks and non-banking financial institutions.
In this case, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk acts as Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunners (MLAB), Facility Agents, Guarantee Agents and Shelter Agents. As for PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk as lead arranger, PT Bank Panin Indonesia Tbk as arranger, and Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, as well as BJB Bank, DKI Bank, and Bank ICBC Indonesia as participants.
The financing will be used for refinancing and financing the construction of the BIJB Kertajati Airport Link Toll Road from the Cikopo-Palimanan Toll Road (Cipali).
LMS President Director Datuk Mohd Zulastri Mohd Amin hopes that this financing will make LMS as the Cipali Toll operator more flexible in improving its services while providing added value to relevant stakeholders.
“The Airport Link development project towards BIJB Kertajati from the Cikopo-Palimanan toll road is expected to facilitate and accelerate access,” he said in an official statement on Tuesday (9/18/2018).
Susiana Santoso, Corporate Finance Executive Vice President of BCA as MLAB and representatives of creditors said, the new Kertajati Airport in Majalengka was inaugurated adjacent to the integrated economic area, Karawang, Bekasi and Purwakarta. Also supported by other transportation infrastructure.
“Therefore, particularly national banks, BCA feels the need to participate in the construction of toll roads that are directly connected to the Kertajati International Airport (Airport Link),” Susiana said.
Susiana said, MLAB and a number of creditors hope that financing can provide multiple effects directly to the community, while providing a significant impact on infrastructure development initiated by the government.
