A shareholder (also known as stockholder) is an individual or institution (including a corporation) that legally owns one or more shares of stock in a public or private corporation. Shareholders may be referred to as members of a corporation. By law, a person is not a shareholder in a corporation until their name and other details are entered in the corporation's register of shareholders or members.

Until 2018, the Company does not have market capitalization, stock price information, and trading volume of shares due to not being a public company and as such has not traded shares in the official stock exchanges both in Indonesia and abroad. The Company’s share ownership is still held by West Java Provincial Government of 83.88%, PT Angkasa Pura 2 of  13.78%, Kopkar Praja of 1.65% and PT Jasa Sarana of 0.69%.
