Dedi Taufik, who is familiarly called "DT" was appointed as the President Commisioner which refers to the Resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on May 31, 2024 with company deed number 41.

He was born in Bandung, October 11 1967. He completed his bachelor degree in state administration in 1991 and both master degree (2000) and doctoral degree (2011) in public policy, all of which were taken at Padjadjaran University, Bandung.

He is also a decorated bureaucrat within the Regional Government of West Java Province, Indonesia. He is currently served as the Head of Regional Revenue Agency of West Java Province (Bapenda Jabar). He also has many awards such as Satyalancana Karya Satya awards (appreciation for service as civil servant) regarding his loyalty for 10 years (2005) and 20 years (2014), Wahana Tata Nugraha awards (appreciation for organizing transportation and public facilities well) in 2015 and 2016, Honorary Citizen of Cirebon City (2018), Agency Head of the Year (2023), and many more.
