1. Make sure the checked baggage and cabin baggage carried meet the requirements of flight security and safety
2. You are expected to arrive earlier so as to avoid flight tardiness. For domestic flights, the check-in time is opened by the airline 2 hours prior to the departure schedule 
3. Pay attention to the location of the departure terminal of the airline you are using
4. Enter the departure terminal through the first Security Checkpoint 
5. Pay attention to the flight information screen so as to ease you in seeking the location of the check-in counter of the flight you are using
6. Conduct the check-in process by carrying flight documents ticket, ID Card as well as hand over checked baggage  
7. Meticulously recheck the boarding pass issued and given by the airline staff before leaving the check-in counter
8. Proceed the departure process by entering the boarding lounge through the second Security Checkpoint
9. You are expected to have been in the boarding lounge of destination 30 minutes prior to the departure time

INTERNATIONAL

3. Pay attention to the location of the departure terminal of the airline you are using
4. Enter the terminal through the first Security Checkpoint
5. Pay attention to the flight information screen so as to ease you in seeking the location of the check-in counter of the flight you are using
6. Conduct the check-in process by carrying flight documents ticket, ID Card, passport and visa as well as hand over the checked baggage  
7. Meticulously recheck the boarding pass issued and given by the airline staff before leaving the check-in counter
8. Proceed the departure process by entering the boarding lounge through the second Security Checkpoint
9. Proceed the immigration check process in accordance with the stipulated queue lanes
10. You are expected to have been in the boarding lounge of destination 30 minutes prior to the departure time

Check in Counter 

Check in Counter is opened 2 hours prior to the departure schedule for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to the departure schedule for international flights in the check in areas in each departure terminal

Self-Check In 

Self-Check in Kiosk is made available in each check in area that can be used independently by prospective passengers to print the boarding pass by themselves.

Online Check In/Mobile Check In 

Online Check In can be accessed from the website or the application owned by each airline.
