After the landing, make sure you follow the flow of arrival by following the Signage Baggage Claim until you arrive in the baggage claim area to collect recorded baggage or you may directly proceed to the arrival exit gate if you do not carry recorded baggage.

INTERNATIONAL

After the landing, make sure you follow the flow of arrival by following the Signage Baggage Claim until you arrive in the Immigration Checkpoint area to conduct immigration process.

For Indonesian Citizens, you may prepare your Passport and line up on the lanes of special counter for Indonesian Citizens

For Foreign Citizens

1. Prepare your Passport ad other immigration documents

2. Prepare your Visa if necessary

3. Prepare your Certificate of Vaccination if the Foreign Citizen paid a visit to an area affected by endemic less than 6 days from the time of arrival in Indonesia

4. Line up on the lanes specifically for Foreign Citizens

There is an immigration auto-gate path for passengers holding e-passport facility 

After the immigration process, you may proceed to baggage conveyor area to collect recorded baggage and proceed to customs process. Customs procedure may be seen here.

The process is done, you may proceed to the international arrival exit gate.

Note:

For Transit Passengers: If the airline used does not provide transfer passenger services, then you must settle the immigration and baggage customs and excise process first before conducting departure check-in process to the connecting flight.
