Majalengka - November 19, 2020. In connection with the holding of the West Java Investment Summit (WJIS) 2020 by the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of West Java (West Java) through the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP). PT. West Java International Airport (Perseroda) ("PT. BIJB") participated in the event to support the National Economic Recovery Program by increasing investment realization in West Java through developments at Kertajati International Airport and Kertajati Aerocity.

The form of investment offer presented by PT. BIJB in the WJIS event, including;

2. Integrated Building and Business Cooperation
3. Business Cooperation for 3 star, 5 star hotels and MICE Facility.

Especially for Hotel Business Cooperation, PT. BIJB has collaborated with PT. Jaswita Jabar and Bank BJB. In this regard, PT. BIJB together with PT. Jaswita Jabar and Bank BJB and attended by the Deputy Governor of West Java Province, Mr. Uu Ruzhanul Ulum, held a Groundbreaking event which marked the start of business cooperation for 3-star hotels, 5-star hotels and the MICE Facility which was held at Kertajati International Airport on November 19, 2020.

Salahudin Rafi as the President Director of PT. BIJB, said that the form of participation of PT. BIJB in the WJIS event, is concrete evidence of PT. BIJB in encouraging investment interest in West Java.

Rafi emphasized that PT. BIJB is currently focusing on developing aerocity and developing other businesses. Strengthening facilities through investment is encouraged by PT. BIJB so that the airport provides added value to the region's economy. So it is expected that PT. BIJB can contribute to be the driving force of the economy in West Java.

"Kertajati is also included in the Rebana Metropolitan area that has been declared by Governor Ridwan Kamil, and this Kertajati Airport will be a logistical support for well-developed industries in Rebana. So while waiting for flight conditions to recover, this is the right time for us to build. So when the construction is finished, it can save the economy in West Java, ”said Rafi.
