Head of the West Java Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP) Office Noneng Komara said the main attraction of this area is its location which is very close to the existing Kertajati Airport.

Noneng said that the location close to the airport will be profitable for export-import activities as well as flights by air. Close to this area, Aerocity will be developed by PT BIJB, a provincial regional-owned company (BUMD) that manages Kertajati Airport.
"Those who want to build an industry in this field, there is also an industrial area developed by PT Dwipapuri Abadi which is ready to be offered through Kertajati Industrial Estate Majalengka (KIEM), PT Metland is also building the Horison Ultima Hotel," he said.
According to him, Aerocity Kertajati in Metropolitan Rebana will have specialization in development: Aviation and Aerospace Industry, Defense Industry, Electronic Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Creative Industry, Logistics and Warehousing.
This area will also be adjacent to the Jatiwangi Industrial Allocation Area (KPI). Metropolitan Rebana, in Bisnis records, has the most solid and integrated infrastructure that is currently being built, planned and used.
