TRIBUNJABAR.ID, SUMEDANG - The Sumedang Regency Government is cooperating with the West Java International Airport (BIJB) Kertajati to benefit from the Toll Road of Cileunyi, Sumedang, Dawuan (Cisumdawu).

Sumedang Regent Dony Ahmad Munir said the collaboration was carried out because with the existence of the Cisumdawu Toll Road it could later accelerate access to BIJB Kertajati.

"We are cooperating with BIJB, they are ready to promote Sumedang. Later there will be a barcode, then enter the social media of BIJB," he said when met at the State Building, Sumedang Regency, Wednesday (07/15/2020).

In addition, continued Dony, BIJB was also ready to prepare space for advertising about Sumedang Regency, including those related to micro, small and medium businesses (MSMEs) in Sumedang.

He said, the largest airport in West Java was also ready to collaborate with Sumedang Regency to develop tourism objects when the toll road construction was completed.

"The point is, in the process (Cisumdawu Toll Road) it must involve Sumedang people," he said.

That said Dony, so that the Sumedang Regency region can get the maximum benefit from the construction of the toll road.

"We must be fully involved so that we get the maximum benefit from the existence of the Cisumdawu Toll Road," said Dony.

Regarding UMKM, it also requested a rest area from PT Citra Karya Jabar Tol (CKJT) which would later be filled by MSMEs in Sumedang Regency.

"But it must be really good standards, later we will standardize UMKM as well," said Dony.
